Oct 12th 2008 Trying to Lose That Last 10 Pounds

So I’ve been dieting pretty steadily since late spring.  Actually dieting isn’t the right word because I really have adopted a healthier lifestyle and changed my eating habits overall.  I have been introducing changes gradually and never more than I could handle.  I have been exercising regularly.  Not excessively, just a walk on the treadmill three times a week.

But I feel stuck now.  I am just ten pounds away from my goal and I seem to have plateaued.  My wife has been bugging me to try a colon cleanse.  I don’t know about that.  I read some Evercleanse reviews and it seems promising, but it really isn’t my style.  I know this can happen and I shouldn’t get discouraged.  I should stick to what has been working and everything will fall into place, but a quick fix that really works would be very welcome with how I am feeling right now.

Oct 12th 2008 Great exercise routine for beginners

If you are looking for a good resource that will help you get started with exercising, let me share my story with you.  I have started trying to workout for the last 5 years or so.  Each time that I begin to workout and get into shape, I go overboard and hurt myself.

That usually takes me out of the gym for 6 to 8 weeks, therefore ruining my desire to lose my weight.

Well, I finally wised up and started looking online for a good weight loss exercise for beginners program and found a good resource.

Sep 28th 2008 How I finally gained some muscle

Ever since i started working out last year I have been going up and down with my weight gain.  I would start to put on some weight and muscle and then it would seem like it would disappear.  I’m not talking like I would get weak or anything.

I mean I would actually loose muscle size in my arms and legs.  I don’t know what I was doing different that would have caused it but I finally have it leveled out it seems. 

I found a great gain muscle program that seems to really be helping me so far.  I have’nt lost anything since early June and have been in the gym pretty much all summer long.  It seems that some of the exercises and foods that I was eating were causing some of the problems.
