If you are looking for a good resource that will help you get started with exercising, let me share my story with you.  I have started trying to workout for the last 5 years or so.  Each time that I begin to workout and get into shape, I go overboard and hurt myself.

That usually takes me out of the gym for 6 to 8 weeks, therefore ruining my desire to lose my weight.

Well, I finally wised up and started looking online for a good weight loss exercise for beginners program and found a good resource. 

The MyFitnessMotivator.com is a good resource that has some great advice and offers some good resources too of programs that I recoommend to help you start exercises and lose weight without hurting yourself.
