Ever since i started working out last year I have been going up and down with my weight gain. I would start to put on some weight and muscle and then it would seem like it would disappear. I’m not talking like I would get weak or anything.
I mean I would actually loose muscle size in my arms and legs. I don’t know what I was doing different that would have caused it but I finally have it leveled out it seems.
